1. How do I contact skiAustria Tours?
On the main menu system at the top of the page click on the [ Contact us ] button; this will open a window which will show you the street, telephonic and email contact details for our offices.
2. How do I get a no obligation quote from this website?
This is the most commonly asked question ... read through it and have fun getting quotes from us, and remember... any questions, just ask!

Browse our entire website and look through the resorts to get a feel for which resort appeals to you. Ask us if you need any recommendations by clicking on the Contact us page and sending us your requirements. |

Evaluate the resort's suitability by looking at the 'Resort Suitability Matrix' found on each resort's page - family versus young & vibey resort; serious versus beginner skier.... |

Decide on when is a good time for you to go and for how long. Either 7 night or 14 night packages are available. This gives 6 or 13 full days of skiing, with two half days for settling-in and packing-up. Check-in is thus always on the first Saturday and check-out is always on the last Saturday of your ski holiday. If the date frames set out do not suit you, or click here to make a general enquiry on accommodation. |

Once you have chosen a resort, found suitable accommodation and have suitable dates, click the GO button to the right of the dates. |

Once you have clicked the GO button, a quote page will open requesting your Name and email address as well as phone number ( optional ). You will be asked the following questions: Number of adults in EITHER a single room or sharing a double / triple room |

Once you have clicked on Send my enquiry, you will see a detailed quote will open on your screen. You can [ print ] this quote or even [ send it to a friend ]. In addition, you will receive 2 emails from us, one that we have received your request and the second a link to the quote which is stored under a unique ID code on our server. |

When you want to send us email on a particular quote, simply click reply on the quote mailed to you BUT do NOT remove any elements in the mail we sent you as this will cause our system to not recognise and link your email to what we sent you. |
3. What are the Terms & Conditions related to booking a ski package with skiAustria Tours CC?
Click on Terms and Conditions or click on Disclaimer at the bottom of the main page - both links will lead you to the relevant pages that will display the standard Tour Operator Conditions which we subscribe to.
4. How do I reply to the quote I have generated?
Once you have generated a quote, two emails will be sent to you; the first will be a recognition from our system and the allocation of a unique Quote ID; and the second will be the link to the actual quote itself. To see your quote again, just click on this link. If you want to reply to a particular quote, simply click [ reply ]to one of the 2 emails we sent you BUT please do not remove any of the text in the email. This will cause our system to not recognise and link your email to what we sent you.
5. How do I book my ski trip?
We insist on personal contact with our clients so even though our system has increased our efficiencies tremendously, your Booking is a manual process. Please reply to the quote which you wish to book ( see point 4 above ) and we will contact you directly. We then get final confirmations from our Austrian office on availability of all elements making up your ski package and send you a Booking Form. This you will need to complete and fax back to our South African office on +27 21 462 7248. The rest of the process happens off-line and personally between you and one of our Consultants.
6. When are Travel Vouchers / Travel Documents issued?
That depends on your Nationality .... South African citizens will need to apply for a Schengen Visa from either the Austrian Embassy in Cape Town ( tel : 021 421 1440 ) or Pretoria ( tel : 012 452 9155 ) or contact your Travel Agency or a Visa Assistance Bureau ( we suggest VisaWorx on 083 600 4077 ) who will be able to assist with requirements and fulfillment.
